The Burger Nation 2027 Distributor Incentive ("Promotion") rewards participating distributor branches and account managers for encouraging eligible hospitality venues to register for Burger Nation 2027.

The Promotion is administered by Cook & Nelson ("Promoter"), organiser of Burger Nation.

The participating distributor account manager who generates the highest number of eligible Burger Nation 2027 venue registrations during the Promotional Period will receive a Burger Nation Summer Prize Pack valued at $200.

Eligible venue registrations will be tracked against each distributor's Branch Code. The distributor's sales manager will be responsible for attributing eligible registrations to the relevant account managers within their team.

The Promoter will rely on the attribution supplied by the distributor's sales manager when determining account manager totals and the winning account manager.

In the event of a tie, the winner will be the account manager whose final qualifying registration was completed first.

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If any element of the advertised prize is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with an item or prize of equal or greater value.

The participating distributor branch with the highest number of eligible Burger Nation 2027 registrations attributed to its Branch Code during the Promotional Period will receive a $500 Burger Nation tab for the branch team to enjoy at one participating Burger Nation 2027 venue during the promotion. 

The winning branch and Promoter will agree on a suitable participating Burger Nation venue and date for redemption.

The tab is valued at a maximum of $500 and does not include any alcohol. Any spend above this amount will be the responsibility of the winning branch.

The prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash and must be redeemed within the timeframe advised by the Promoter.

In the event of a tie, the winning branch will be the branch whose final qualifying registration was completed first.

Eligible registrations will be tracked using the Branch Code entered by venues during the Burger Nation registration process.

It is the responsibility of participating distributors and account managers to ensure venues are provided with the correct Branch Code.

Distributor sales managers are responsible for attributing eligible registrations made using their Branch Code to the relevant account managers within their team.

The Promoter is not responsible for registrations being incorrectly attributed where a venue enters an incorrect Branch Code, fails to enter a Branch Code, or where incorrect account manager attribution is supplied by the distributor.

The Promoter's records of eligible registrations and the account manager attribution supplied by distributor sales managers will be used to determine final results.

The winning account manager and distributor branch will be determined following the close of the Promotional Period and verification of all eligible registrations.

Winners will be contacted using the details supplied to or held by the Promoter.

The Promoter may announce and promote the winning account manager and branch through Burger Nation communications, social media and other promotional channels.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of registrations and disqualify any registration or participant where it reasonably believes there has been an error, misuse of a promotional code, manipulation of the Promotion, fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

The Promoter may amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances outside its reasonable control affect its ability to run the Promotion as intended, subject to applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights available under applicable New Zealand law.

Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used for administering the Promotion, verifying registrations, contacting winners and related Burger Nation communications, as applicable.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable New Zealand privacy law and the Promoter's privacy policy.

Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
